What this actually costs
No coding required does not mean no paid tools required.
Do not try to build this with free ChatGPT or another basic free chatbot. You need a paid AI plan that includes a capable coding or work agent, plus somewhere to keep the finished employee running.
Plan on roughly $20 per month or more for a capable coding or work agent. Provider limits and prices vary.
New users currently receive a 30-day trial with $5 in credit. For ongoing use, Hobby is $5 per month and Pro is $20 per month, with the plan payment applied toward usage.
If the finished employee calls an AI model or another paid service, that usage is billed separately. Small employees may cost very little, but the bill depends on actual use.

It includes the employee’s job, full custom instructions, step-by-step playbook, map of the tools and information it needs, approval rules, seven tests, a first-30-days plan, and private access to the AI Employee Troubleshooter. A downloadable copy is attached so you can save it, edit it, or send it to a builder.
Can I start building from the Launch Kit right away?
Yes. Give the included instructions and reference material to a capable AI tool of your choice, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity Computer, Manus, or another tool that supports custom instructions. Review every result while the employee learns what good work looks like to you.
Does the $79 include connecting all of my software?
No. Connecting accounts requires access to your private systems and can be simple or complicated depending on what you use. The kit tells you what should connect and how the work should move. You can ask a capable AI coding tool to build those connections or ask me to help.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You need to know your business and be willing to answer questions, click buttons, and test the result. If your employee needs its own tool, a capable AI coding agent can create it, save it to GitHub, and deploy it on Railway. You do not need programming or automation-platform experience.
How much attention will the employee need?
Expect to review its work closely at first, just as you would with a new hire. The kit gives you tests and a 30-day plan for correcting mistakes, improving the instructions, and deciding when it has earned more responsibility.
What help can I buy if I need it?
Choose the level that fits. The lowest-cost option is a personal video response with feedback on your employee and next steps. The next level is a live one-on-one session. If you want the whole employee connected and built, I can scope and quote a custom project.
How is a custom project priced?
It depends on the work. One or two common tools may be simple. Several systems, private information, unusual rules, or complicated approvals take more care. I review your Launch Kit first, then recommend and quote only what your employee needs.
