Custom builds + practical training

Want me to build it for you or train your team?

Tell me what you want ↘

Start with the thing you keep wishing existed. You do not need to know what to call it or how to build it.

Start with the business, not the software

You know what would make the work better. I help make it real.

You do not need to arrive with a technical plan. Tell me what takes too long, what keeps falling through the cracks, or what you wish your clients could experience.

I can help you think it through, teach your team how to build with capable AI, or create the finished employee, tool, or connected system for you. Everything starts with your work, your tools, your goals, and your rules.

Choose your level of help

You do not have to jump straight to a custom project.

Sometimes you need one clear answer. Sometimes you want someone beside you. Sometimes you want to hand me the idea and get back something that works.

01.

Personal video response

Send me the sticking point. I will send a recorded walkthrough with what I see, what I would change, and the next move I would make.

Best for one focused question, a build that feels stuck, or a second set of eyes.Ask for a video response ↗
02.

One-on-one working session

We meet live, make the decisions together, and leave with a clear direction you can use immediately.

Best for choosing the right project, fixing a confusing build, or getting from idea to a real plan.Ask about a session ↗
03.

Train your team

I teach your people how to see the opportunities, direct capable AI, and turn business knowledge into something useful.

Best for teams that want practical confidence, shared language, and work they can keep building on.Ask about team training ↗
04.

Custom build project

I design, connect, test, launch, and hand off the AI employee, custom tool, workflow, or client experience.

Best when you want the finished thing built around your actual business instead of another generic platform.Tell me what you want built ↗
What could we make real?

Probably more than you think.

You can bring me a polished idea, a messy voice note, or one sentence that begins with “I wish.”

AI employee

An employee that owns one defined job and knows when to bring you a decision.

Internal tool

A simple tool that gives your team the exact view, answer, or action they keep missing.

Client experience

A portal, assistant, or guided experience that makes working with you feel easier.

Connected work

A system that moves information where it belongs without turning you into the messenger.

Team capability

Training built around your team’s real work, not a generic tour of AI features.

Visual concept + direction

A visual language, concept, or interactive prototype that makes the complicated idea click.

Built for ownership

I build the system. You keep the keys.

This is your business. The finished work should make you more capable, not make you dependent on me forever.

01.

Your accounts and assets. The code, hosting, tools, and working materials live somewhere you can access.

02.

Your judgment stays in charge. We decide what the system may handle and what must come back to a person.

03.

A clear handoff. You know what was built, how to use it, and what support looks like after launch.

What happens next

Three conversations, not a giant agency maze.

01.

Tell me what you want working

Describe the result in plain English. You do not need a feature list or a technology decision.

02.

I recommend the right path

I will tell you whether this needs a video answer, a working session, team training, or a scoped build. If you do not need a custom project, I will tell you that too.

03.

We make it real

You receive a clear scope and price before a project begins. Then we build, test, and hand it over.

Start the conversation

What do you wish was already working?

Give me the business version, not the technical version. Tell me what should happen, who it should help, and what would feel different if it worked.

Plain English is perfect. A messy answer is still an answer.

Before you ask

Clear answers, no mystery pitch.

You can ask before you know the exact solution. That is part of what I help you figure out.

What do you actually build?

Custom AI employees with defined jobs, internal tools, connected workflows, research and briefing systems, intake and delivery experiences, client-facing helpers, and the useful little applications businesses keep wishing existed.

Do I need to know which AI or software to use?

No. Start with the job or outcome. I will recommend the tools only after I understand what the system needs to do, what information it uses, and where human judgment belongs.

Is this another chatbot, prompt, or “skill”?

No. A custom project may use prompts and AI skills inside it, but the finished system is built to handle defined work, produce a useful result, and operate inside the boundaries we set.

Do I need Zapier, n8n, or another automation platform?

No. The goal is not to force your business into a particular tool. I choose the simplest sensible architecture for the work, which may include a custom application, GitHub, Railway, direct connections, or tools you already use.

How are custom projects priced?

By scope and complexity. The number of systems, private information, approval points, unusual rules, and the level of finish all matter. I review the request first, then recommend the smallest useful engagement and give you a clear price before work begins.

Will you run the employee or business process for me?

No. I build, connect, test, train, and hand off the system. You own the business decisions and final approvals. Ongoing support can be scoped, but I do not become the hidden operator of your business.

Can I start with the AI Employee Launch Kit?

Absolutely. It is the lowest-cost way to define the employee you need. You can use the completed Launch Kit yourself, bring it to a working session, or include it with a custom-build inquiry.
