Terms of Purchase
These terms apply to purchases of the AI Employee Launch Kit sold under the Your Kind of AI brand. Your Kind of AI is operated by Integration Central, which is the seller and service operator for this product. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
What you are buying
The AI Employee Launch Kit is a personalized digital, AI-assisted build specification and implementation package. It uses the information you provide to produce a role charter, custom instructions, operating playbook, tool and information map, guardrails, acceptance tests, launch plan, and builder handoff. It does not include a completed custom software implementation or managed service unless those services are purchased separately.
Delivery
After Square confirms payment, we deliver the purchased Launch Kit through the process described at checkout or by email. Please provide an accurate email address and check spam or promotions folders. If you do not receive it, contact hello@yourkindofai.com.
Your responsibilities
- Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, health information, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
- Review the Launch Kit and resulting employee before using either for business, employment, financial, legal, safety, or customer-facing decisions.
- Obtain any permissions needed before connecting third-party systems or using client information.
AI-assisted output
The Launch Kit is created with automated and AI-assisted methods. Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and should be tested with human review. We do not guarantee revenue, savings, performance, legal compliance, or a particular business outcome.
License and ownership
You may use, adapt, and share your purchased Launch Kit internally for your own business. You may also share it with contractors working for that business. You may not resell, publish, sublicense, or use the product or its templates to create a competing commercial product. You retain ownership of the business information you submit.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
Availability and changes
We may improve, replace, or discontinue parts of the delivery experience. If a technical problem prevents delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access, redeliver the product, or provide an appropriate refund.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Integration Central, as operator of Your Kind of AI, is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Launch Kit. Our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live remain unaffected.
